VLT or Light Rail System will be a new means of transportation in
Santos. There are 11 stations which radiate from Barreiros in São Vicente to termini
at Valongo in Santos. That is good for environment because it has no pollution
and noise. I don't know when it will be inaugurated yet, but people can have a
free ride from Barreiros to canal 1 in Santos only. The traffic is terrible
where the tracks are under construction.
