Sunny Friday!

Finally the sun came out yesterday! I took some pictures on the beach, my favourite place.

I'm trying to make muffins. Is there any secret? I live muffins  so much!

I also try to make orighittas! Have you heard about them? I love Italian food !

My basil is so beautiful and I'd like to cut off a branch to prepare pesto,  but I'm not sure if  I can do that. The rosemary isn't veryour well.

Rosemary and basil

This week we played  "Who am I?" and we had such a good time,but  I lost  as always.  I'm bad at guessing games...lol

We are in a cold and rainy spring in Brazil. Finally I bought two sprouts of  rosemary basil, but  I don't know how to plant them on a vase. I'll try to make it tomorrow. Does anyone know how to do that?

These are some beautiful places in Santos. I love the beach very much. Next month the streets will be full of Christmas ornaments and lights. It's the most beautiful time of the year.

I finished an old project like a crochet pot holder and tomorrow  I'll start a new one more difficult - mending a blanket. So,tomorrow I'll take photos to show my new blanket of crazy quilting.

Finally my plant is in bloom after years without flowers.

Street market in full swing in Santos. I love going there, but this time I was in the  Light Rail Vehicle. The vegetables and the fruits are beautiful there.

I want to make a pepper preserve with these peppers. Does someone know their names? Thank you.

Poldark

Hello Everyone,

I've started watching a wonderful series on TV called "Poldark", which I enjoy so much that I want to read the books. I also love Cornwall and I'd like to go there someday.  I think Poldark is a great series of BBC and the cast is really wonderful. I like all the characters because the actors are really great, but some of them aren't such as Demelza's father and Ossie. I also love Verity, Dr Enys, Caroline, Garrick, Geoffry Charles, Prudie and Jud, etc. Prudie and Jud are funny. I love when they say: It ain't right, it ain't fair, it ain't fit, it ain't friendly!
I also love the Poldark theme, the songs Demelza sings.

It is a coincidence, but today was the birthday of the author Winston Graham! So, happy birthday dear Winston, who created such wonderful books!

Cornwall is a gorgeous place as well. Its beaches, the views are breathtaking.

So,  I love this series and Cornwall. However, I have to wait for Series 4 because it hasn't got in Brazil yet. It ain't right, it ain't fair!!! ... lol
